Nice property and loved the area. At checking you have to list everyone that will stay in the room. To get the parking pass you have to list color, make, and model for every person listed. I did love that my lock up was right across the hall from each other. One room was set up better than the other. In one room the couch needs to be replaced. But If you’re a smoker this is not the property for you to stay at. You are not allowed to smoke on the balcony and have to be 25 feet from building.

Downhill
This place has really gone downhill. We've stayed here several times in the past and enjoyed but will not be back after this stay. We were harassed by security who went so far as to ring the bell of my child's unit 6 times at 3 am because they were allegedly being noisy. I heard nothing. Our unit smelled musty, was dated, and not well equipped- missing basic kitchen utensils and coffee😳. The activities were nice but staff was just not welcoming and seems eager to scold us whenever they could. There are much better resorts in the area. Don't bother staying here.

Mostly good experience! Great size space for the price. Inside the unit itself was very clean. Convenient location. However very little cooking utensils and common areas not maintained. Parking is scarce.

The check in process is a little bit time consuming. I wish it is shorter. First I had to wait in line and then I had to provide a lot of information. Greensprings Vacation Resort should asked me the address, email and other information ahead of time then it will make the check in process much faster.

But it’s something to get a refund for stay that never happened at their resort due to nasty employees working in the welcome center upon check-in.
