Exactly what I needed.
Greensprings offers spacious apartments that are both quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a larger group. The tub in our master bath was amazing. I am already planning my next visit. Giventhe reasonable prices, I hVe no need to stay anywhere else.

Condo was nice. Flooring and dishwasher needs upgrade/ repairs. Check in lobby was terrible. So much noise and echo I could barely hear worker. The man offering planning was rude when I was not interested in attending the time share session.

The room smelled (stunk) like a stale seafood buffet. The only option we were given was to move our stuff out for 2 or 3 hours so housekeeping could "deoderize" the room. Unfortunately, that was not functional for us. I guess they did offer us a late check out on our last day. My thought was "great...stay longer in a stinky room...no thank you." The pullout sofa was pulled out into a bed and the cushions were literally thrown around the living room. It looked like the sofa spontaniously exploded all the cushion of itself! Twice I waited at the front desk and it seemed as if the front desk people did not want to help me. If you reserve through hotels.com...read the fine print. There is a $50 resort fee. I missed it. My opinion is they are more concerned about trying to sell you a timeshare than helping a customer that is standing in front of them .

I have visited this property tons of times but strangely this time our housekeeper misplaced his phone and came and asked us if we seen it then I get hit with 100 smoke cleaning fee (1 piece of ash outside even though it's extremely windy outside) when myself, my 93 yr old grandma and my 9 mths pregnant daughter don't smoke at all!!! I will never stay there again

My stay was completely ruined due to inadequate staff with no regard for needs of their patrons. My room had no shampoo soap or body wash. I was granted an extra hour of stay but an extra hour and a half is what it took for me to finally get something like shampoo, what a shame because the property itself appears to be nice

Resort is nice and clean. So many activities to choose. It’s quiet, safe as gate community and very isolated. Not many restaurants near by. However plenty of restaurants 5 miles away. Over all, very nice resort and we enjoyed the place very much. Thanks.

My family and I stayed here 2 year ago and had an awful experience only to come back for another vacation to be ruined by almost the same problems for the first time. The rooms are never totally cleaned. There were spider and cob webs everywhere. Broken cabinet doors, damaged walls and no ligthing whatsoever in the parking lot. You'll walking into a pitch black scene barely finding your way safely to your car. Spiders and bugs on the walls inside. Internet wasnt just horrible, kept disconnecting throughout our 3 day stay. And when we report our issues none of them were taken care of only the internet the night before checkout. This place is a disgrace and never will be back. Whole lot of money thrown away only to be upset and frustrated.
