Is this a normal check in? 1. Please provide us a credit card and license. This was normal. 2. How many people are staying? I said two 3. What is the full name of the other adult in the room? I have never been asked for the name of another person staying with me. 4. Can I get you license plate? I asked do you need this since this is a gated community with cameras? They said yes. I had to go out to the car which was not really not close to registration to get this 5. There is no smoking or vaping in the room. Why would they say this if they know I am staying in a non-smoking villa. After check in and dinner (still day light), the security guard car was parked right outside our villa. Only our car and another were in this parking lot, but the resort is quite large. I looked at them and they took off immediately upon me doing so.

The grounds behind the unit had lots of trash thrown out there. House cleaning could do much better. Lots of dust on lamp shades and balcony had not been wiped down or swept in a long time. I did that myself,as the cob webs wete ridiculous. This will not kerp me from coming back,but needs to be addressed and units checked out more often for what they clean.

We were here for 3 nights and were in the older units that hadn’t been renovated yet. The rooms are set up like a condo and are very spacious but outdated. There were minimal dishes and one pan and pot for cooking. I expected more cooking supplies since they showcase these have kitchens. There is no oil or spices so you need to bring everything. The staff were great and very polite. The pool area and other amenities were terrific. We played picket ball and the kids played several games when the pool was closed due to weather. Sunday though the amenities window was closed most of the day as it wasn’t staffed. Also when the pool closes they don’t send a text right away so you show up and the gates a closed. There needs to be better communication. I look forward to coming back when the place is renovated.

I have to say that the staff at this resort are amazing. They definitely go above and beyond. Luth was so accommodating and helpful with weather updates and making sure we didn't need anything. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back.

This resort is beautiful. Something happened with our online reservation. The resort resolved this issue and had us stay at their sister property. We were fine and actually opted to purchase another night.

They back to timeshare asking after long check in to go for $150 for the meeting. But not big pressure. Check in took long but no people there. Pool outside was closed.
