Very run down, sketchy. Resturant was good for breakfast food wise but had to listen to staff talked about puking customers from that morning and red cross bringing their "clients" and scaring the regulars away

Broken glass in parking lot from substance abusers on second floor who threw beer bottles off balconies along with a chair. Good thing I parked my car out front or it would have been hit and or tires punctured. Place was full of drunks and substance abusers… perhaps the city was putting up homeless people there? Shouting and doors slamming/ banging all night. Motel Hell. You get what you pay for, but this was the worst motel experience I have ever had.

This is an older facility. It is a good value for the price. Overall it is redone and tidy. The common areas were well kept and the room was clean. There is no elevator so would not recommend for anyone who can not use the stairs. The staff is friendly. This was the second time staying there and will definitely book here again. Good place if you are only needing a bed and bathroom. There is a complimentary breakfast which was good - standard 2 eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast, coffee included. A local band played in the lounge. They were pretty good.

We didn't know about the big deposit for the room but got it back as soon as we checked out the night guy isn't very happy seemed he doesn't like customer service
