the room has an odd bad smell..we dont know if its from the carpet or something..the toilet flush doen’t work rght, it seems the water takes longer to fill and it never flushes one time..you need to wait to flush for another try. the maintenance was called and its alright for a time, then morning, its back again but we were leaving anyway. we checked in before in this hotel and the maintainance and cleanliness were way BETTER before. the room smell cleaned and fresh, now there was an old smell that you dont know where its coming from.

It wasn’t horrible but when we arrived there were wet towels hanging on the bathroom door as if someone just showered, they did change our room for so that was good. The pool was fun but was heavily chlorinated to the point your eyes burned as soon as you walked in and my son couldn’t swim long because he couldn’t stop coughing due to the amount of chlorine in the air. Also they don’t tidy the rooms daily so we came back to our plates and wet towels from the night before

We ended up staying for the weekend at the Fairfield - the property was okay, there definitely needs to be some deep cleaning as the room we had the bathroom walls all have streaks down them, the baseboards dirty with dirt/dust, the room smelled musty. The water also barely drained in the tub clearly from blockage of hair. The property was at full capacity and the staff had a hard time keeping up. The coffee tea area was cold, no tea, water was always empty. Other than that the place was fine - the pool was nice. We didn’t come for the exhibition but there clearly was a lot of guests there for that hence why a price increase as well. Front staff was good and friendly and breakfast was very good. We loved the location close to everything.
