The front desk staff was excellent. The pool areas were nice and clean. Good location. The elevator was out of order on our last day so getting to our 3rd floor room was a little inconvenient but it happens. Not a big deal. Our room was spacious and clean. Really our only complaint would be the rock hard beds and pillows. They were very uncomfortable unfortunately. Other than that, our stay was fine.

We had a great stay! We will say that it can be a bit noisy at times but that is to be expected with kiddos around. Really great location and great price for what you get. The Noah’s ark passes included were amazing!

I recently stayed at the Grand Marquis Hotel with my family. The kids water playground was a highlight, offering lots of fun for the little ones. Our room was clean upon arrival, which we appreciated. However, housekeeping did not service our room the next day, despite us being out all day. Additionally, our rest was disturbed by two women talking loudly in the hallway at 1:30 am. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.

I've never been this upset with a hotel before, and I stayed someplace with bedbugs once. We planned to spend 3 nights here over Christmas break 2023. We were in the room for about 30 minutes before taking our son to the water park area. We were in there for about 10 minutes when he came walking up to me, slipped on the slimy floor and fell, snapping his tibia in half. After spending hours in the emergency room, we decided it would be best to go home. I called the hotel to explain the situation and ask to be refunded for the next 2 nights that we would not be there. They said there was nothing they could do and, "sorry for the inconvenience" regarding my son breaking his leg in their water park. "Inconvenience"? Using stairs instead of an elevator is an inconvenience. Breaking a leg is a major life-altering event! When I asked what their policy was for injuries on the property, they said I could read them in the email that was sent to me when I booked the room. Obviously, this place and their staff care nothing about the children that go there. My son ended up having to have his leg reset after the initial casting and was in so much pain that he has been traumatized by the whole ordeal. He is afraid to walk for fear of falling and breaking his leg again. He is in physical therapy and missed four months of school. It's way more than an "inconvenience." Do not make the same mistake we did. Choose someplace else to stay. Your child's health may depend on it.

Everything was nice expect we had absolutely loud neighbors for the first night! And the people up stairs from us were absolutely loud all night as well so we didn’t sleep hardly at all the first night thanks to everyone around us! The second night was a little quieter but not much. There no coffee in the room and no breakfast!

Check in was great, staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with a non working TV at 9:30 on a Friday night and the wonderful staff had it completely resolved before 10:00! The pools were fantastic! Water was warm, so many perfect options for our kids! Everything was clean! Will be staying again!
