We stayed here to visit family, it was ok but our air con did not work and it was hot. The hotel is on a busy road so we couldn’t leave the window open due to noise. We had an accessible room which was not needed but the only one available. However, the shower was covered in limescale and the directional heads did not work. Additionally the water went under the shower door and flooded the corner of the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, housekeeping did a good job each day and reception staff were approachable. Generally, the hotel was fine, I had a discount so didn’t mind the cost, however, I would have been unhappy had I paid full price.

Close to train station to get into London. We were travelling with 2 small children & our TV in the room didn’t work. Staff told us no other rooms available so nothing they could do. Not ideal when all you will be doing is sitting in your room all night with 2 sleeping children. Was also told I couldn’t get any money back without giving a poor review. Seems an odd customer service, I’d do anything to stop the bad reviews!
