Very clean room and adjacent bathroom which was new and modern. Tea and coffee making facilities and towels supplied. Great restaurant downstairs loved the $12 schnitzel, chips and salad night.

The toilet in the bathroom attached to the room had no water in the cistern and was not refilling the cistern. There was no maintenance available when we reported the issue, so we resorted to removing the cistern cover and filling it by multiple jugfuls. Also there was some distance to get our bags from the carpark upstairs to the room.

We had booked this room as an overnight stay as we drove from Queensland to Melbourne. Very happy with the stay in general except for a couple of things. I would have thought, at the very least that the toilet seat would not be broken at the hinge, making it sit awkwardly (had to be known about by staff). The basin outlet was dodgy and the mattress was way to soft. Other than that, as a place to sleep to for the night, we were quite happy.

We had a 1 night stay it was easy check in and out. We had a private bathroom with full amenities. The room was clean and tidy and bed was very comfortable. Only downside is lots of slamming doors and thin walls so could hear people talking overall enjoyed our room lots. Went and had dinner at the bistro and the cheesy bacon garlic bread was the best thing I’ve ever eaten, dinner was good portions and came out hot and fresh. Will defiantly recommend this place to others or stay again

For two evenings in a row, our cards to re-enter the hotel rooms did not work. I alerted the staff to this. This was fixed, and on the second occasion, I advised the staff that we were staying until the 4th of October. On the evening of the 3rd of October, we returned to our room, only to find that the bed was unmade, and there was no sheets or pillow slips, and articles of clothing were removed. I alerted the staff to this, and I eventually got most of my clothes back, (I'm not worried about the one item I didn't get back), but my wife and I decided to terminate our stay that evening, because it seemed to us that the left arm wasn't letting the right arm know what was going on, and we felt that we were being "mucked around with" Also, whenever the refrigerator was opened, there was a foul smell coming from it, and we ended up not using the milk that was sup[plied. The bed sheets were never changed in the time we were there. I will be seeking a refund for time not spent there.

I found the accommodation to be clean. The bathroom was small and alought it was a big shower/bath I feel it would be more comfortable with just a shower then more room for the toilet. It did say parking but there wasnt any so we parked around the corner onbthe street.
