I stayed at this hotel on January 2020, with reservation taken on November 2019. However, despite Hotels.com site said "There won't be any charge today", my card was still got billed or one night. And when I checked in at the hotel, the front desk charged me AGAIN, leaving me with one night stay but TWO charges. I am not sure which party (hotels.com or hotel) is making mistake and still in the process of communicating the problem, all I can say is that I will never stay at this hotel again.
