This lovely three bedroom apartment faces north east and enjoys a very peaceful outlook to Lovers Point to the break wall Yamba. Situated high up on Clarence street, within walking distance to cafes, shops, pubs, clubs and supermarkets.

Ideal for a family holiday, the large sliding doors open onto the verandah with bbq.

The first bedroom has a cozy queen bed ideal for a restful night, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed also and with the third boasting two single beds. There's also 2 spacious bathrooms, fully equipped to cater to all your needs.
