Overall okay

The best part of our stay was the staff. Very friendly team. The hotel is also in a great location, away from all the chaos. Some improvements for the hotel: - it was very ddificult to find water. There are no water stations. We had to refil our water bottles at the gym. No water by the beach, so if you run out you have to leave the beach and find a store. - the gym looks good but unfortunately has a strong smell of mold. We were unable to use it. I think the hotel is aware of this as someone would come in and spray something from the smell. But it was too strong and not safe to work out with mold.

I liked the private beach. Not too much people. I also liked the fast service when you wanted to go from one pool to another one. I also liked the varieties of food on the buffet breakfast. Customer service was great.

I’ve been a platinum member of hotels.com and have never written a review, so to say, this is my first time to write a review BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS REMARKABLY AMAZING. It exceeds my expectations. 2 things for improvement: -security persons assisting the passengers were not helpful to guests in exploring the properties. It is a big property w/ 6 different location of pools&amenities. I am on vacation and don’t have the luxury of time to read each location details. They usually asked, where to? I said, I want to explore the other location of the property, etc… He replied with a stern look “ it’s only point to point drop off!” Obviously, it’ll help me if he gives a one or 2 descriptions of the other locations rather than just limited response like a robot! - hotel staff should quickly mentioned during check in common mistakes like “OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED” I am not one who wants to disobey rules, but gladly , they believed that I do not know and consider it at that time. - breakfast menu could be improved. This is a very ideal hotel property, solo traveller, family trip , couple’s trip, friends trip, etc. Each location have unique designs and atmosphere to enjoy with. The hotel staff JUST NEED TO IMPROVE PN ADVERTISING THEIR AMENITIES OTHER THAN SCANNING THE CODE FOR THE GUEST TO READ! -The schedule of activities should be posted at the lobby or by check in counters for quick dissemination! -the amenities feels like a “treasure hunt” experience!

Unfortunately tried ordering room service kn our 2nd night and despite trying for over 20 mins trying to never got thru and the was told they no longer take orders 30mins before closing time at the restaurant and unfortunately the resort does not allow you to bring outside food in which I find a little ridiculous especially as a paying customer but also understand it's there way of keeping the resort clean

Its a good place to stay.. Only downside is hoping they do the drop off pick up to D mall more often not every 6 hrs .. at least every 3 Hrs. otherwise excellent for a holiday vacation

It's all here, you don't need to go to the other station since they have entertainment every night as well. Food is on the expensive side but there are other options so and just across is a mall with food options too. I like the private beach very much and staff are helpful and attentive as my husband is a person with disability. Breakfast is great too and changes menu everyday.
