Comfortable but needs a few things
Our family stayed here for a few nights until our next vacation rental was available. The beds were comfortable and we loved sitting in the sun room. However, I will tell you I wish the home had a little more things available in the kitchen space. They didn't even have salt and or a variety of bowls for cooking, ect. The master bedroom could really use a headboard as our pillows kept falling through the back. We loved the backyard just wish it had more adequate seating. Overall we were content with our stay.

Pleasant Stay
Lovely home with well appointed kitchen and bedrooms. Wonderful master suite, great central air system. Easy to get to everything. Areas that need some improvement. Carpet needs to be deep cleaned, backyard needs tended to as well as bbq grill and fire pit. Basement needs dehumidifier or two. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Yarmouth House
We had a number of plumbing issues requiring two plumbers stopping and performing work at the house. We were compensated for this inconvenience. When we arrived there were 3 bath towels and one roll of toilet paper for 7 people. There was a hot tub featured in the listing which does not exist. Multiple electrical outlets were not functioning during our stay. Otherwise the location was great and the owner communicated freely with us.

Cape Cod trip
The place had a very strong musty and mildew smell throughout the home. It is an older home but the odor was overwhelming. The host, after checking in, was unresponsive. We sent 2 messages and never received an answer. We continued to stay for our 4 nights because we left the home around 9 AM and didn't return until 10 PM every day. There was very little supplied, other than toliet paper to get us through the first night like the rest of the VRBO's I have rented over the past 15 years. No hand soap, garbage bags, papertowels, etc.

Nice little spot in Yarmouth
Property was nice, needs some updates and some upkeep but a comfortable stay for 8 people. Some of the outlets didn't work and there's a bit of a musty smell but all in all, great stay. host was very communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything. I just wish trash pickup was more clear, when we arrived the garbage barrel was half full.

Girls trip
Went away for a four day girls trip. We go away once a year. We’ve been friends for close to 40 years. It was a great location. The beach was fabulous mayflower. The house was spotless. The floors beautiful. AC worked great. Kitchen was very well stocked. Coming up in July again with family and kids. I expect it to be perfect again.

A very comfortable place to stay
We came for a family wedding and were very comfortable for our 2-night stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable living room and access to TVs. We had a little trouble getting the access code but the host was very responsive when we called and unlocked it remotely. We're grateful for a smooth and cozy stay.

Inside of home was very clean and comfortable. I would rent again without a doubt. Outside of property needs some landscape cleanup and many trees and bushes need trimming. Also the gutters were overflowing with pine needles and leaves. They really should be cleaned out. These are just my recommendations to the owner. As I stated, I would definitely rent this house again. Thank You very much, Steven Nardelli

Nice sized rooms with updated baths in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to lovely town beach. Owners refunded pet fee when we were unable to bring our pet down.

Decent stay in Yarmouth, MA
We decided to stay on Cape for Labor Day weekend and came upon this dog friendly listing. While the bedrooms were clean, the house itself smelled musty the minute you walked in the door. We didn't go downstairs to use the laundry machine because the mustiness was overbearing. The house was comfy, but the sofas could've used a better cleaning as there was either sand or crumbs on the large L shaped sofa along with some stains on the pillow and armrest The bedrooms were all clean. The primary bedroom was large, clean and inviting. There is a backyard which isn't really tended to so we didn't spend anytime in the back. We noticed a small charcoal grill out there which we didn't use. There are many security cameras outside of the home and one at the entryway inside of the house which we assume is pointing towards the door. We've been on Cape for years and we've never stayed where there were security cameras. The large bathroom was big and roomy, but the owners need to fix the sliding door to the shower as it was very hard to slide it open. I was surprised that there were no hair dryers in the either bathroom. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Great vacation house
We really enjoyed this house. The location was perfect for the different areas of the Cape we like to go...very centrally located. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out and the pictures really didn't do it justice! Carlos was a great host. He always answered questions in a timely manner leading up to our trip and was able to quickly help us resolve an issue with one of the tvs after we arrived. Our only concern was the security camera in the kitchen...since VRBO doesn't allow interior cameras.

Cape cod retreat!
Everything was good. 2 things the owner needs to do! 1. Fix the master BR door, so it can be closed and locked. 2. Fix the toilet seat in the master BR so anyone sitting on it does not feel that he/she will not fall!
