No public transport No restaurants nearby Could find my booking when I first arrived Going to take 14 working days to receive bond back ( most place it’s returns the day you book out Ridiculous surcharge for credit card Filthy out the front of reception with empty coffee cups , takeaway containers , needs a good scrub

"We had a nice stay at Balgownie. We were treated to a complementary wine tasting, the grounds were very nice, the breakfast was excellent and the room (admittedly, we chose the “standard” room) was adequate. The gym was untidy, the AC didn’t work in the gym (nor did the Wi-Fi) and it’s a small gym/pool ..."
