Great location in the heart of Beijing within walking distance to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The metro train station is within the hotel complex. The Hyatt brand is very consistent in delivering good service, qualities food and beverage. Overall, the hotel property is well maintained except in the room which I stayed, the furnitures were old and worn, and should be replaced. In term of cleanliness, overall the hotel looked fine except in the room that I stayed, I had to called house keeping to re-clean my room when I first moved in.
