Hotel staff was very rude plus we paid for all inclusive but there was additional charge for air conditioner and WI-FI.

Not a 4 star hotel
Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. We needed to pay Ā£20!!! Per day for WiFi, the food was the same everyday and it's quality was not that great and the staff was rude, especially in the reception. The area is only for clubbing if you are strong enough to get away of the fights that are usual among drunk people. Drinks are cheap and I would not recommend to drink at all if you don't want any new health problems.

Gut fĆ¼r junge Leute, nichts fĆ¼r Erholung!
Ich mƶchte in meiner Rezension auf die Kritiken anderer GƤste eingehen, um einiges aus meiner Sicht heraus richtig zu stellen: Das Personal ist keinesfalls unhƶflich oder arrogant. Ganz im Gegenteil waren alle immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wie man Menschen anspricht, so schallt es auch zurĆ¼ck. Ein Tipp: āBitteā und āDankeā auf Griechisch ist kein Teufelswerk und von jedermann erlernbar. Auswahl und Abwechslung bei den Mahlzeiten gab es genug, und sie waren meistens lecker. Wenn man sich dann beim Essen umschaute, wurde einem allerdings eher davon Ć¼bel, dass viele Menschen sich die Teller mit Speisen Ć¼bervoll kippten, um sie dann, fast unangetastet, direkt dem AbrƤumservice zu Ć¼berlassen. Okay, das britische FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist nicht nach jedermanns Geschmack. Aber auch hier gab es genug Extraauswahl. Sicher, die Soft-GetrƤnke und Fertigcocktails waren Regionalprodukte und mit Wasser verlƤngert. Wer sich hier beschwert, weil zu wenig Alkohol im Spiel war, sollte sich mal umschauen, was sich kurz nach Ćffnung der Bar bereits morgens ab 10:00 Uhr abspielt und sich bis in die Nacht hinein ziehtā¦ Da ist eine Hotelpolitik mit Weitsicht schon sinnvoll. Leider meinten Einige, tagsĆ¼ber am Pool Ć¼ber Smartphones ihr gesamtes Umfeld mit ihrem Musikgeschmack beschallen zu mĆ¼ssen. Was die LautstƤrke allgemein betrifft ā der Krach stammt von jungen Menschen jeder Nation (nicht nur Briten), die das Schlafen sehr erschwerten. Kein Wunder, wenn die Bars erst von 2:00 - 7:00 Uhr morgens ƶffnen.

The food was terrible, the staff wasn't at the level required. They were more focused on watching TV instead of serving you at the bar and the women at the reception were more focused on talking to eachother or picking stupid fights with the clients.

Clubbing a zante
Parti en groupe pour un sĆ©jour clubbing, on est content de cet Hotel, le all inclusive est correct tant sur la nourriture que sur l'alcool, mais surtout cet Hotel est idĆ©alement placĆ©: au cÅur du quartier festif et prĆØs de la mer, prĆØs de toutes commoditĆ©s. Je le recommande

jag och min andra 3 vƤnner bodde pƄ hotellet i en vecka. Hotellet mat var helt ok med tanke pƄ priset, men vi fick nƤstan varje dag samma matrƤtter(lite trƄkigt).TrƄkigt med extra kostnader sƄsom "luftkonditionering" trots att det inte stƄr att det Ƥr mot avgift! OmrƄdet Ƥr mest fƶr tonƄringar, sƄ de var vƤlgot mƄnga pƄverkade och de var inte direkt roligt stƤmning, dƄ vakterna slƤngde ut folk varje dag frƄn hotellet. De kƤndes inte att vi var pƄ semester, utan pƄ en skola med mƄnga "regler"..... Vilket var irriterande, att vi inte fick sitta vid poolen nƤr vi ville, eller att vi inte fick prata fƶr att vi skulle stƶra andra? Det Ƥr inte normalt att sova kl 21.00 nƤr man Ƥr pƄ semester ? Det Ƥr helt enkelt inget stƤlle fƶr barnfamiljer, och inte fƶr andra som vill koppla av. De trƄkiga Ƥr att de inte stƤdar rummet pƄ en hel vecka, de byte endast 2 gƄnger handdukar och schampo .. Vi var tvungna att kƶpa handdukar!
Personalen i receptionen var vƤldigt otrevliga, ingen tƄlamod, ingen service .. Det bƤsta Ƥr att hotellets chef var alltid pƄ plats och kunde lƶsa allt vi behƶvde, vƤldigt trevlig, glad person. Med stor hjƤrta och gav alla ett leende och service pƄ hƶg nivƄ. Tack till alla som jobbade i baren , vƤldigt trevliga killar som gav flera hundra personer obegrƤnsad med lƤsk och drinkar varje dag med ett leende.
