Central Park
This massive park is the green lung of New York, a little breathing space in this bustling metropolis. But that’s not the only reason why it’s everyone’s favourite.
No visit to NYC is complete without a stroll through Central Park. Rowing around The Lake, visiting the zoo, watching an open-air Shakespearean play or just looking at the surrounding skyscrapers all feel extra special because this park is so iconic. Wander through the Conservatory Garden and Strawberry Fields, which honours John Lennon, and enjoy people watching at the Bethesda Terrace and Fountain. There are public artworks everywhere too.
