What i didn't like was the kid running back and forth while we were trying to sleep and we were suppose to have our room cleaned and it didn't happen we were there for 3 days

My room was not clean. There were what appeared to be makeup stains on the pillow and I was not able to sleep after driving several hours into town. I brought it to the attention of the desk agent, but was not offered a solution of any kind. Hilton did nothing to rectify the situation, even after explaining my total dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and the lack of empathy from the front desk. The room also smelled moldy. This place is just a polished up piece of crap. The photos are very deceiving. Positive: The breakfast area was decent and the woman tending to it was very sweet and welcoming. Location is convenient if you need to handle City or County business.

We were woken up at 1:30 am by the people in the room next to us with the adjacent door. They were loud, drunk and knocking into the walls. As I have insomnia, once I was awakened, I wasn't able to fall back asleep until 6 am - ish. We were once again awakened by the same people in the room next door with music playing at 7:30 am. We decided then to leave! They should have been kicked out! after our 2nd call to the desk! And our room stayed comped! This is ridiculous and this stay affected my 2-day migraine. We did not rest or sleep! I want my money back! The front desk did nothing to appease our issue! No manager was there to help. This is place is awful for quiet guests.

I ASKED TO HAVE THE TOILET REPAIRED WHILE I WAS GONE FOR THE DAY, AND IT NEVER GOT FIXED, THAT NITE I CAME IN AND ASKED THE DESK WITH FOR A PLUNGER AND FIXED MYSELF !! ALSO HAD TO ASK AGAIN FOR FRESH TOWELS !!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT !!!!!

Staff was very friendly, but…Brown stains on walls near toilet. Older/worn out towels that were slightly frayed and no longer white and fluffy. Shower curtain was also tired. Barely any toilet paper on main roll upon arrival. Holes in walls. Floor was not swept. TV remote was gross and the on/off button didn’t work. One pillow on the bed was smashed down as if it had already been laid on when I arrived.
