This is our 2nd stay at Marcus’ rental unit at Fern Ave . We felt so much at home with all the facilities that come along with it. Highly recommended for those visiting Adelaide and requiring temporary accommodation.

We loved our stay. Just like staying at home. Comfy and welcoming. The host provided a welcome basket that meant we didn’t have to race to the shops after arriving late Friday night. And a very generous welcome basket it was. Such touches are rare and much appreciated. A quiet street, no noise, a bus up the road if PT is required. Thanks, it was great and highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay, the property was comfortable and well looked after. The welcome basket was a hit! A nice neighbourhood and we were close to family and friends. Split system air conditioners and ceiling fans would be great in the bedrooms, we did have a couple of uncomfortable nights. The air conditioner in the main areas worked well. Over all we thoroughly anjoyed our stay.

Ah just lovely! The apartment/house was exactly as listed. Super clean and welcoming. Marcus is very kind and understanding of the demands of long travel & long stays. Amazingly folded sheets/linen. Marcus's unit is in a great location, handy to every thing. It very equipped and very comfortable.
