Just 5 minutes walk to beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife, public transport and top Glenelg tourist attractions. Adelaide Airport is a just a 10-15 minute drive away. Sleeping up to 5 persons, the apartment is located at the back of the building on the ground floor level, & includes extra large lounge suite and kitchen/dining.

The Space:
Exceptionally clean and well maintained for an older style apartment, it is located on the back ground floor of a quiet block of 6. This large family sized apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen and 2 Single beds, optional trundle bed and cot available at request. Apartment can sleep up to 5 persons. This is a no frills apartment perfect for those on a budget where location is at the top of the list. Guest Access:
Entire apartment is all yours, as well as access to the common area numbered car parking and Laundry room located at the back of the building, which includes coin operated washer and dryer. Sorry, WIFI is currently not available until further notice.

Convenience +++ Just a 5 minute stroll finds you on the sandy white beach and the iconic Glenelg Jetty, as well as all the attractions of Jetty Road, Glenelg. Getting Around:
Besides being 5 minutes walking distance to everything Glenelg has to offer, getting into Adelaide CBD couldn't be easier with the tram running between Glenelg and the City every 20 minutes. There is also a main bus hub in Glenelg that can connect you to almost everywhere else!

Other Things to Note:
Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.

If you require use of the fold out bed, please advise at least 72 hours prior to your arrival or upon booking, as there is an additional charge to have the cleaners set this up for you with linen & bedding, and then pack it down after your depart.

The carpark is located at the end of the driveway of the building. Off street parking is available for one car only. Please note, it is a very tight carpark and there is only 1 allocated space available per apartment, so you must only park in the space marked with your apartment number. The height of the lowest point of this specific apartment carpark is 2.1 metres. Most standard size 4WD and SUVs will fit. Additional cars or visitors to the property must park on the street. There is free parking available in the surrounding side streets, but not directly out the front of the building, which is ticketed.

For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you if this is due to occur during your stay.
