Located just a hop, skip and a jump from the turquoise waters of both Aldinga Port Willunga Beach, this new and sumptuous seaside sanctuary is the perfect place to enjoy all this area has to offer. Xanadu offers plenty of space for you and your guests to move and shake in the multiple living/entertaining areas across the two storeys and mealtime is a breeze even for larger groups with a sparkling kitchen that is better equipped than most. Dining is no drama either, both the indoor outdoor dining tables have flexible seating options. Both living rooms are the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach, or if you're looking for a place to curl up on a cosy sofa for a movie night with comfy couches, Flat-Screen TVs, DVD players and even Netflix access upstairs. Just the thing to keep the kids (both big and small) entertained.

A real treat for summer getaways is the sweeping deck, which enjoys magnificent sea views and has a large barbecue and extendable dining table that can seat up to 11. spacious and close to beach.
The house was really lovely. Our only complaint would be that the noise carried from upstairs to downstairs. Just foot steps sounded like elephants. haha

60th family get away
Great property, clean and very roomy, we had 10 people and 1 baby with no problems. Only criticism was no clothes dryer, and only 1 towel per person when we were there for 4 nights. Also could have supplied a bit more toilet paper , but that was our only issues, would stay again.
