Lovely locatiion and tropical feel of facility with friendly and competent receiption staff. Facility let down by lack of care in cleaning eg lift control knobs and stainless steel grubby, door glass dirty, our room hand basin smelly, overflow hole dirty. Staff obviously lacking time to do and lack detailed supervision. Having said that, would stay again as a good vibe.

Enjoyed three nights. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern. Buffet breakfast was good although not a huge choice of food items. Pool area was great. Gym was small but if you were determined you could get a reasonable workout done.

Everything was great however blinds or curtains on the bathroom windows would be great for privacy. Also, I was disappointed that the menu options were ā€˜low glutenā€™ nothing really to offer for people with Coeliac Disease. Also the drainage in the bathroom is poor.

Where do I start to help the people looking to stay here, Iā€™d like to say Iā€™m a frequent traveler and Iā€™ve experienced many hotels, motels in my time and Iā€™d like to refer to the croc club mantra as more of a motel in view of their rooms, very cheap feel and noisey as far as you can hear people walking talking banging e.g I decided to upgrade to their superior room as I wanted something more in my stay and a balcony for a view, I was charged more as expected which I found fair but I was met with different prices from staff and when asked why the staff was super rude and didnā€™t have a communication line to each other. Seems the staff set their own pricing? The upgraded room was very similar to the first room and the balcony was cluttered with trees so I couldnā€™t see anything past the trees defending the whole purpose. No service in rooms which is odd for a resort. Ordered room service was charged 45 dollars for 2 small chocolate mousses that seemed from a can. The restaurant there is great best steak Iā€™ve had in some time. We left early due to sickness and they decided to not refund us which they have the choice to do. Lucky I have travel insurance. Tried to do some laundry and most of the machines are broken. Seems very run down and needs a good overhaul. I wouldnā€™t recommend this resort spend your money
