I am a return guest. My family and I recently stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment. We arrived at the key collection point in Airlie Beach, as advised in the introductory letter, to find only dyna bolts where the lock box used to be and the shop closed. Eventually found the lock box at the drop off point in Cannonvale only to discover no keys inside. The Real Estate place beside had the keys under their desk. I think the unit owner needs to have a chat to that business. We arrived at the apartment and it was absolutely magnificent and we really enjoyed our stay. Well done to the owners. The only down side, we only had 1 complete set of keys. That meant if someone left the apartment for any reason, the other people in the apartment were grounded until they returned. A bit inconvenient with 2 cars. Also, Body Corporate need to address the issue with the front gate. Not sure if they had WiFi, but it didn't come up on the ipad. Overall, we loved our stay there, and hopefully we’ll be back.
