It was not clean. Even though it was a non smoking side of the hotel, the smell was very strong. Shower curtain durty the bed sheet too.

I reserved a room for my brother, who was driving in from Iowa, and myself, flying in from Spokane, ID. My flights got screwed up and greatly delayed: i.e., I did not land until 1:30 AM. The staff refused to let my brother, who arrived around 8, to go to the room because it was in my name. I spoke to two different individuals. No luck, understanding, sympathy, etc. My brother ended up spending 5 hours hanging out at the airport waiting for me. In the end we ended up staying somewhere else, checking in at 2 AM. This was the worse customer service that I've ever recieved. I'll never use this chain again.

This is a very old hotel that is in desperate need of renovations. The first room that I was given had no smoke detector, no remote, no phone and the sheets were stained. The seconds room was better but the AC barely works. I had no housekeeping service-no one came to the room to make the bed or provide clean towels. The breakfast was very limited -nothing like other Wyndham hotels. I never felt safe for the 2 days I stayed there. The couple who manage the hotel were very nice but they need more help.

It was disgusting police there for hours kids running around until 5am called the front desk and he was asleep overtime I called to complain halls filthy I believe this hotel doubles as a shelter for homeless families and it was terrible I keep trying to add pictures and it won't let me will be adding to goggle

Insat Stay!!
Place was not clean!! None of the vending machines worked!! Just wasn’t what I thought it would be, especially with the Wyndham name connected to it.

Rooms were nice. Smelled like an Albany area motel. Hallways were rough looking. Needing refurbishment. Next to the airport which is good, but distant from other venues. Stick to hotels near the interstate. Got a great last minute price, so much cheaper than booking in advance or other places. Tucker in near rental cars away from food and gas stations.

The TV and microwave didn't work, even with the "switch" on. The room had an odor and was very dated and run down. One of my key cards didn't work. When I was about to check out, the front desk clerk cancelled my access even though I told him I was getting some ice for my cooler and had to go back to the room to get it. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk twice to get the key card to work. I will not stay here again!

The establishment reeked of marijuana as soon as you entered the lobby as well as while walking down the hall to our room. The bathroom was dirty and just unclean in general. The sheets had stains on them. Not a pleasant stay. Breakfast consisted of 2 jugs of milk in the fridge. There was a basket that had a couple of apples. There was no bread for the toaster, muffins or anything else out. The baked goods display case was totally empty and it was only 7:30 am. I asked if there was more breakfast goods being brought out and the reply was, “I can do that.” It was too late. I was disappointed and ready to get back on the road for the day.

I’d pass if I were you
When we pulled in I was a little nervous. The walls were falling apart, the place was musty and run down. The photos of breakfast show a waffle maker and clean seating-that is not there. There was mold and who knows what inside the air conditioner. There was brown goop all over the floor curtains, bed skirt and ceiling. The soap felt like it was from 100 years ago and just crumbled in pieces when opened to wash hands. The employee was kind and the beds were clear, besides that… this place is a dumpster. I stayed there because it was close to the airport… find someplace else. My kids asked if we could sleep in our rental car

The rooms were disgusting, dirty. The first room had bugs all over the bathroom. The hallways and room smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room I requested to be moved the bathroom sink leaked and the person in front did not care. We would have canceled our reservation if we knew what a run down, dirty place it was. Nothing like the pictures on line.

Shower leaked all night and you could hear it.It is the 2nd time we stayed there and both times there has been police cars and ambulances there.I think some people actually live there.Rooms and dirty and smell musty.Staff very unfriendly and there was a creepy guy in the front lobby who seemed to be “assisting” the guy behind the desk and he stared at everyone .I had to go to my car and came down by the front desk and he was sitting in a dark room just looking out in the front lobby.Hum and the guy working did not speak English to each other and that made me very uncomfortable not knowing what they were saying being I had to go to my car to grab my husbands insulin.NEVER AGAIN.Also the creepy guy was very rude to a guest who came out ask why she did not have a tv in her room.

Think twice considering this property
This hotel is in definite need of maintenance. Weeds and overgrown vegetation were the first clues upon pulling up to check in. The front desk personnel was not friendly and acted like he was bothered to conduct a check in. The hallway leading to the assigned room had an odor of mold. The hallway carpeting is worn and in dire need of at least a cleaning. The room itself was acceptably clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The closest exit door from the room to the outside would not open. Safety issue there. Overall, this not a recommendable property in it’s current state.

This place is disgusting! Smelly hallways, smells like people living and cooking in rooms. Something that looked like throw up on the carpet next to bed, on the drapes and ceiling! Room smelled light e urine. Yuck! The people are friendly and very nice, but the place is gross.
