No wash cloths and my room was horrible. When I arrived to my room the smell was awful, the bed linen was dirty, the house keeper was pleasant and she replaced all linen. Bathroom toilet and shower was rusty. I had to go down to the front desk both nights to have my key card replaced. Overall pick another hotel.

Upon arrival, our AC was not working and it was 85 degrees inside the room. The front desk clerk said that there were no rooms available for us to switch to, even though the parking lot was empty and we didn’t see many people around. We were asked to go upstairs to unplug the ac unit to see if we could get it to restart.

The room was hot when we entered. Was told to unplug it and wait a few minutes then plug it back in. The room didn’t get cool until 3:00 am. Also, there was a roach that was near my food on the day of checkout. I sent the video to the person who checked me out on 6/5. She offered no apology when o told her that the room needed to be sprayed. She just asked for the video

Did not like the dirty bed spread, it was gross! 2 guest 1 wash cloth, no shampoo. The room looked like it had been used. country Inn ‘S used to be the Cadillac of moderate priced hotels, today they are becoming the new motel 6

Disappointed. Usually we depend on the Country Inn and Suites brand because we travel alot but this one did not meet our expectations. Other than the front entrance the rest was shabby. Our bathroom in second floor room was squishy which was unsettling. The drawers of the furniture would not stay closed. There was a layer of dust on the light shades. The carpet felt sandy and the beds felt flat. Only good thing I can say was it was in good location. We didn't eat the breakfast we just left.

Book a certain room was put in wrong when l went and asked about reservation was put in right room it was not clean and it had a big stain on the couch the employees where not friendly or welcoming at all and they also had roaches don't know what happened to this Country Inn and Suites but it use to be one on the best places to stay
