Comfortable stay
Hotel seemed fairly new and right by the airport. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast and all the staff were friendly. Housekeeping was not too thrilled that I wanted service for 2 consecutive days but they did do an ok good job.

Staff was very rude. Room was dirty. Hair on the floors stains on the sheets and cover. Heater did not work. Pool was out of order. Manager Nakia Jones lied and said she would give points for compensation. She’s a liar. Explains why staff was so horrible! Sticking to Marriott moving forward. Never again will I stay with Hilton.

This property sucks. Staff is incompetent, immature, lazy and very rude. Rooms were dirty. Stains on sheets and bedding. Blonde hairs on the floor. Heater didn’t work. Pool was out of order. Horrible breakfast options.The general Manager is a liar. Said she would compensate me with points for my horrible experience. That never happened! No points were added to my account. This property is going to rapidly continue to decline.
