The staff was very good!! Our first room had something wrong with the toilet so they moved us. The tv in the living area of the second room did not work. The A/C in the second room went out on our second day, but was fixed promptly by 2 very nice men. Also on the buffet for cocktail hour the first night was celery that was brown on both ends. (Quick fix- cut the ends off) The carrots and cucumbers were fine.

Stained bed sheets and pillowcase (with what appeared to be blood). The atrium when entering was appealing, but the room was lacking. Besides the very thin mattress on both beds and the sofa pull-out, there was no comforter for the pull-out. The comforters that were on the beds were quite thin. In addition, the bath tub was dirty with what appeared to be dark stains. We stayed here because we enjoyed a Hilton Embassy Suites in another state, but they are clearly run differently. This visit has me rethinking staying at Embassy Suites in the future.

Parking wasn’t very convenient. But the place was lovely and comfortable and a nice place to stay before our LONG early flight the next day. It was kinda sad there was no breakfast available before we had to leave, but it was awfully early.

Wonderful stay. I only stayed overnight but the room was so comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and overall the hotel was very well maintained. Definitely will stay here again. It might be a little pricy but it’s worth it!
