When the checked out I discovered I was charged $75 for my service dog. The desk clerk rudely stated “your dog is not a service dog.” I asked if he had training to determine this. He replied again in a snippy tone that the dog was not with me, but with my husband, so he was not a service dog. I explained my disability does not require him to be by my side every moment, and the desk clerk said again, “your dog is not a service animal.” I am a Hilton Honors Member, as is my husband, and I am 75 years of age. Having been treated in that manner causes us to reconsider our high opinion of Hilton and likely will stay elsewhere when we travel.

Fees for checking in early are a bummer, most hotels accommodate this. Arrived in room to see sofa cushions messed up and no shower curtain. I was told I'd get a discount on parking if I signed up for Hilton Honors program, but didn't receive discount on my receipt.
