We are Hilton Diamond members and have stayed at the Embassy before at the DC location. However this Embassy stay was disappointing. The place needs an upgrade in general. The carpets look old and worn. The bathroom was very old and dirty. Not well maintained and the cleaning service just does a cursory job. The carpets in the room are also old and look very worn/unclean. For 227$ a night we expect the place to be clean and well Maintained. Don’t expect to return.

Usually can't go wrong with an Embassy
You usually know what you are getting when you stay at an Embassy Suites. Breakfast is dependable with more than enough good choices. I arrived too late for the happy hour reception, so can't speak to this one in particular. Room was the usual set up and comfort level, but furnishings and carpet was a bit dated. One complaint is how they sneak in a $12.00 parking fee that they don;t mention on check in when they hand you your parking pass to put in window. Otherwise, meets all expectations.

Nice hotel-yummy breakfast
We were only there one night on our way to Santa Fe but check in was easy, they gave us some complimentary drink vouchers. The complimentary breakfast was definitely better than your average with fresh made omelets to order. Room was clean and spacious. If you take the elevator you may have to wait during busy times. Would stay again for sure!

Will not stay Again Because ....
The mattress was too hard. The pillows were like sleeping on no pillows. We were looking toward relaxing in the jacuzzi but there is no more jacuzzi. The worst thing was the evening happy hour. It was Walmart / Dollar Tree / Dollar General style chips and salsa, tomatoes slices, celery, and cucumbers. It use to be better than this. One of the Hotel workers says it was because of the new chef and that he remembered when it was better

Absolute lovely place
We came to this hotel because we booked at La Qunita and it was the absolute worse hotel EVER. Came to Embassy and was thankful that we did. The people were amazing,friendly and the place was absolutely gorgeous. The room was more than what we have ever expected and the bed was great. The view from our hotel room was the absolute best!!! The breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have ever had & I travel from Ca to Kansas, to Pennsylvania to Alabama. So, I rent lots of hotels and Embassy has officially become my go to hotel. Beautiful indoor cafe, bar and shop.

A great hotel with many amenities
Such a great place to stay! The entire staff was great and the hotel itself is wonderful. There are many amenities, including a happy hour and a full and delicious breakfast. This was our first stay. We will be back.

Always stay there when in Albuquerque. It’s clean and rooms are spacious. Love the breakfast and evening happy hour.
