Property was very clean and updated. Breakfast was great, including made to order omelets. The only complaint was that the water in the indoor pool was freezing cold and made swimming unpleasant.

Exterior windows were filthy and there was no toilet roll holder to hold the toilet roll. Also there was a broken door outside our room that was unsightly and concerning. Maintenance at a hotel of this expense was sub-par and we probably won't return...

Staff was amazing from Happy Hour to Breakfast omelette to Starbucks coffee to check in and out and most importantly I didn’t ask for my room to be clean but it was!

Great property with good locations and good breakfast and evening reception. Nice front desk staff. Only issue was not getting room restocked-something always missing, new towels, coffee packets, coffee cups and no extra blanket.

Not totally accessible friendly
The hotel was very nice, people were very helpful, but I made my reservations online, stating I needed an accessible room, but when we checked in they seemed surprised I needed an accessible room, so I don’t think I got the accessible room I made a reservation for-it was like, let me see what I have. Luckily I could get a room that had handlebars at the toilet. And for a fat,disabled person, the beds were too low and squishy so I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get up from it. Luckily the little couch in the sitting area I could prop myself up in to catch a little sleep but not a full night. The room was huge and very nice otherwise. The breakfast was very nice.
