The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate although seating was limited and crowded up quickly. It's located just off of a highway. Shopping and dining options are a little further down the highway.

SOFT TOWELS!!
Quick overnight stop on a longer trip; SOFTEST TOWELS I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL!! Although parts of the hotel are aged (back key card entry didn't work) there are little touches here and there that show someone is paying attention and trying to make things nice for guests (like SUPER SOFT TOWELS :)

Stayed here in the past and the rooms have been updated since then. Room was decently cleaned bathroom as well shower worked as normal. Bed was comfy only complaint was room was suppose to come with refrigerator and microwave but did not have a microwave at all. And the refrigerator was not cleaned out completely from previous occupant there was frozen chicken in the freezer part. Other than that it was a nice room and quiet stay!

The staff was good but the conditions of the hotel were awful. Not only do the hallways smell but the rooms do as well. Who ever cleaned the room we were in did a bad job as there were still hairs on the toilet & weird stains all over the room. We had not option to stay in this hotel as we were there for a graduation and every hotel around the area was fully booked. When I complained about all these issues to the staff we were told they didn’t have any other room to accommodate us in. Just awful all around.

There were just a lot of little things that were problematic. The faucet in the sink was broken. There is only one computer type chair in the room. Nowhere to sit and relax. The ice machine was broken. The coffee at breakfast was horrible and cold. The lock to the side door did not work with the key card. I wouldn’t recommend. In fact, we actually left a day early.
