Very satisfied!

We had a great experience. The check in was quick and easy with a friendly representative. She explained all of the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. Very modern. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the condiments for the omelets. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a well managed and maintained. I would definitely stay the next time im in the area.

Nice but could be cleaner

The room was nice but there were stains every where. Both chairs had a crusty stain, like someone spilled food. It could have been removed with a little elbow grease. The carpet and side of the bed had a similar but much larger stain (it looked like someone was eating in bed and spilled something down the side). Again, I am sure it could have been made to look less gross with a little elbow grease. The staff was friendly. The lobby area was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Everh bed is at least 36 inches high. How is a disabled guest supposed to get into this bed. And once I did get in the bed was as hard as a board. I woke up screaming at 4am due to the severe pain in my left hip and left knee. I will never stay at this hotel again!
