This place was terrible. The staff was very unfriendly and the room was very unclean and smelled dank. The residents were nice, but I didn't feel safe staying there alone. The Horizons refused to give me a refund even through I only stayed for about 10 minutes. Just stay at the Holiday Inn.

Room was disgusting. No one cleaned it before we went in. Bathtub was full to the brim with water, toilet clogged, floor was soaking wet with towels everywhere, smelt awful, bloody shorts on the ground! Absolutely gross.

Im very thankful for the people working at Horizon Inn & Suite. The facility was dirty and in disrepair. Staff were positive, hospitable, and responsive.
