Once you enter the room, it has very strong moldy smell. The bedside light wasn’t function properly, it kept blinking. Bathtub has water stains all over. The bed has hairs, no sure if they change the sheet between stays. The worst thing is the tv. I wasn’t able to turn off the tv. The remote wasn’t working! 😤 so I left the tv on entire night. I didn’t want to change the room, due to late arrival, it was midnight. Honestly, this is the first hotel I ever stayed with this many problems. I stayed here because of the transfer flight. The shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. That’s the only thing I like about this hotel. 😂

This was our Fifth time to stay at this Novotel Citygate hotel. We are arrived at 9:00am , and the staff kindly let us to have the rooms earlier, it is well-considerate and saves lots of hassles.
