Property is in great location. Has 2 pools!! Indoor and outdoor, both heated with spa, sauna, gym etc. Large clean rooms.

Apart from the location and the reception desk we would not recommend this accommodation. Problem were 1) the drains were smelly 2) to walk back into the room from outside to odour was vile 3) to walk out of the bedroom each morning the odour was vile 4) shower/bath frame was grotty 5) mould on the shower/bath tiles 6) the light over the vanity was not operational 7) the fan in the bathroom was constantly running 8) the washing machine had an odour 9) bedside light/shade was broken and the light was not operational 10) bedroom tv was not fully operation/lack of programming, even after we requested it be fixed, it was not to any standard and lacked the programnes that was showing on the main tv 11) the was not a/c in any of the lifts and to go between the basement/ground floor to level 8 it was like a sauna, that is why the sliding glass door to the balcony and the windows adjacent were left opening to take the hot air out when arriving on level 8 12) coming from the lift at basement level parking we found ourselves dry reaching with foul odour on that level 13) balcony chairs were dirty and brittle 14) there was thick green/black mould on the balcony hob with weed growth as well 15) limited toiletries were provided (soap,etc) then you had to buy your own. The smelly odour have been mentioned by previous patrons in reviews, but it seems nothing get done to make it better 11)

Loved the location, variety of restaurants to choose from. Handy to supermarket and great shopping at Pacific Fair. Easy to use bus and tram services. Accommodation is very spacious, full modern kitchen facilities. Definitely will be returning next time on the Gold Coast!

The reception staff, security and the Manager were really lovely. There were a few minor maintenance issues but as soon as I let them know they were onto it. The building is getting old but it was clean and as well maintained as possible - was a convenient location also!

O.K. shower needed changing as well as the taps in the shower. They are Bunning's second rate fittings. they need to be upgraded. Also the wine/ bottle opener was worn out it would not even grip the lid. The scissors were also broken and need replacing. Please more attention to care after all we paying a premium price.

Sunken dining chairs. Unbelievable. No wardrobe space main bedroom. Not enough bowls in pantry. Needs new kitchen . Original still. Bad smell from laundry. Stayed before. Worst room I've had. I went thru wotif. Disappointing But nothing will change . Never does.

We had a recent 5 night stay. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful pool. The location was amazing. We will highly recommend to friends and family and we will stay there on our next visit.

Too noisy facing the tram line plus cockroaches in apartment. Washing machine didn’t work, therefore I had dripping wet clothes hung out on the balcony with no clothes stand nor line to hang them on. Luckily QLD had 3 continuous days of 32 degree weather that eventually dried my clothes and I was able to pack them away ready to take back to Sydney. A Repair Person was sent, however we were checking out when he arrived.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it didn't live up to its 4-star rating. The bathroom and bed were outdated, and the overall condition of the room felt neglected. The only redeeming qualities were the convenient location and ample parking. Unfortunately, these perks didn't make up for the lack of comfort and quality.

It would have been nice to have someone refill the tea bags, I was given 5-6 tea bags for my whole stay (6 days) and didnt want to buy a full box to take around. Some of the dishes were also dirty/stained. It would have been great to have someone pop through each day just for a quick vac. You are not allowed to have the aircon below 24C which I found hard as someone who runs warm, I prefer to have the aircon around 21C. Aside from these small things it was really nice to have a laundry, balcony, ironing board, full kitchen and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and the space was much bigger and brighter than I thought. Lovely place to stay.
