Great place. Iā€™ve been in the Prescott area since September. Tried two other hotels and found myself coming back. Villas is quiet, food is good (better than the other two), staff is friendly, has great views if fortunate to get a non courtyard room. Speaking of rooms, should you get the Mountain Viewā€™s youā€™re susceptible to noise and light pollution from the highway. Courtyard rooms are quiet and still has a decent view except for room 212. Itā€™s a corner room and two other balconies can see into the room.

A charming and cozy place
Me and my family have stayed several times at The Forest Villas, always a great stay. This time I noticed the air conditioner was making a lot of noise, even when you try to turn it off, it doesn't, and was annoying. On another note, I really enjoy the complimentary breakfast, they have a great selection of quality breakfast items. The grounds are always beautifully kept, a charming hotel. Looking forward to the next stay.

The lobby and property are beautiful and a nice breakfast is provided; but this hotel fell short on room cleanliness. The room I had seems to be ā€œspotā€ cleaned, and Iā€™m pretty sure my sheets were not fresh. There was a newer blood stain on it when I pulled the blankets down; had it not been midnight when I returned to my room I wouldā€™ve notified the front desk and requested all new linens. Thankfully I happened to have a blanket with me, so I pulled them back up and slept in my own blanket rolled up. The bathroom could use a good cleaning in all the corners as well, not just the major surfaces in front of you.

Had some difficulties with checking in, but overall it is a nice place to stay. Only real downside was i got a view and the noise of the freeway. Staff was friendly, though not extremely helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Theres no complain about the stay. They are very accomodating and even let us check in early and check out late. The breakfast was filling and sumptuous even its basic it still taste good . The pool is heated and youll enjoy dipping into the pool. The were very helpful and have good customer service . We highly recommend the hotel when in Prescott.
