This property had no hot water , my room had to be changed 4 times due to the rooms smelling like urine and dog poop. There was no air and the toilet seat was broken. I would not ever stay here again. I only stayed due to booking being none refundable.

Hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards
Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and seemed put off by my presence. The hotel lacked basic amenities such as breakfast, a hair dryer, pool, and fitness center. The room was not clean, with a thin dust cover on the bed, worn-out sheets, and small pillows. Black mold on the ceiling and cigarette burns on the linens were unacceptable. The hotel's location in an unsafe area was a concern, with fights in the parking lot and vagrants passing through. The room was dirty, with sticky surfaces, a dirty shower, and cockroaches present. The hotel's condition was not accurately represented in online photos. When I requested to speak to a manager about these issues, I was told they would not come out to speak with me. As a frequent traveler, this hotel was by far the worst I have ever stayed in due to the lack of amenities, unsafe location, and poor cleanliness. I would strongly advise others against staying here. We desperately wanted to leave, but unfortunately, every other hotel in the area was fully booked. Please, trust me when I say to avoid this place at all costs. You deserve so much better than the horrible experience we had to endure. It's clear that management is fully aware of the subpar conditions at this hotel, yet they seem completely apathetic towards making necessary improvements. As someone who values cleanliness/safety it disheartening to see such blatant disregard for guest.

The day staff here was really nice but the night staff hung up in my when I called from my room to ask what time check out was. The tv didn’t work and the water wasn’t hot. Pretty sure there were drug deals happening outside on the hotel. Our room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not. There looked like there was water damage on the roof and holes in the wall.

The level of uncleanliness and disrepair at this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. The conditions are completely unsuitable for guests.
I attempted to upload additional photos to illustrate the poor conditions, but was unable to do so. The hotel management should consider themselves fortunate that I was unable to share more visual evidence of the subpar state of their establishment.
I was appalled to find feces on the hotel room door. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of proper cleaning and sanitation protocols.

We actually ended up not staying. There was some questionable dealings in the lobby and on the parking lot. It felt rather unsafe. The room had an odd smell - maybe mildew? It felt dirty. And was rather dated. We immediately walked out and went and got a room at a different hotel. The young girl who checked us in was friendly and professional.

It was brown bugs crawling on the dresser. And the elevator did not work. It waa a long process at checkout even though i paid for my room in advance.

The female working the office was unprofessional, rude, not helpful with anything you ask. Always an excuse or implied your bothering her. The door was kicked in we fixed it for safety reasons the counter was fallen down. Room was dirty, and there was dog pea in the stairways not cleaned .$30 a day dog fee for under 5lbs dog is way over priced when you dont bother cleaning the stairway and hallways from dog mess. Didng feel welcomed, will not return.

Our bathroom light did not work, so we had to take a shower with no lights for 2 days. The first night the toilet didn’t work. So, we could only pee no, nothing else. Reported issues multiple times before the toilet was fixed. Maintenance never fixed the lights, said he would be back and never came back. Very loud in the hallways. Could hear arguments through the walls. Mostly quiet at night though. I’ve stayed here about 10 years ago, I must say it has changed a lot, but not for the better.
