NO ON-SITE PARKING FOR HANDICAP
Did not stay and was not issued a refund no on-site parking am handicapped and traveling alone. Was not parking blocks away from the hotel. Was not told about parking until after deadline to cancel reservation. Should have refunded payment.

I requested house keeping before I left and was told they were coming right up. When I returned, I noticed my room was exactly how I left it and not cleaned. I called the front desk and was told the staff had left for the day. Being that I was only there for one more night, I didn't feel like packing my stuff to move to another room so I declined that offer. I do appreciate their willingness to accommodate. However I was disappointed in that I was told something that didn't actualize.

Awesome Place to Stay
Our stay was Awesome . The Staff was Polite and Helpful in all areas . They were very Classy, and very well dressed . The Hotel was very Clean ,the rooms were nice and breakfast was Great also . The only thing that i did not like was paying for Parking .

They were so amazing people. I really am going back to visit them again. They took care of me so good and they were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to stay in because they know how to take care of a customer and they have good customer service.

No eggs at breakfast
Quiet and since it was sunday i was able to park on the street next to the hotel for nothing which was nice..the breakfast was not as good as my last stay..stale bagels and no eggs..the person running the breakfast said they were waiting for a delivery. Worst part about it was i mentioned it to the front desk person when she asked how was my stay and she shrugged it off with no apology..very disappointing.

A really nice stay for the price. Only knock was the lack of variety in the breakfast options but everything else was great. Friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities, and a great location right on the street car route.

Poor design
The bathrooms designes for handicapped individuals is poorly designed. The water from the shower flows out to the sink area instead of the drain. We had to use towels to hold the water back. My mom slipped and feel while brushing her teeth.
