Our stay was great, the room was clean and great driving and walking distance to great food, activities, etc. the staff were friendly and accommodating. They had complimentary games in the yard to enjoy which my family loved and the complimentary breakfast was great! Highly recommend!

I try to see the bright side of things, but this hotel was extremely disappointing. From our initial check-in experience through trying to leave, everything was less pleasant than it should be. I knew it was valet parking, but I didn't realize if the valet isn't around when you check in the front desk just tells you that you are on your own. Also, when you call the front desk to get your TV fixed first they don't believe you and then when you call back and insist they send someone who just shrugs his shoulders and then leaves. Finally, please don't leave jewelry out in your room because when it goes missing, no one at the front desk will help you.

Never staying here again.
The first room had an ice maker that ran constantly making loud grinding sounds even after the maintenance tech tried to shut it down. They moved us to a 2nd room. The second we opened the door we were overwhelmed with the smell of weed. Itā€™s was awful! So, we were moved a THIRD time to an ā€œupgradeā€ room in the older part of the hotel. Started off average then a horrible squeaking sound came from the kitchenette. Weā€™re so tired we ignored it and hoped it wadnā€™t a trapped rat. The next evening men/guests gathered in the atrium and were so loud we could hear their conversations and someone was smoking weed outside our room. Nevermind the fact that recreational use of pot is illegal in Louisiana. The smoke permeated our room. The next morning, we woke up to a wet floor in the bedroom snd a soaked floor in the BR closet as well as water on the kitchen floor from the refrigerator! Nightmare. The front desk staff were nice but this was a no win stay.

The smoking area had a lot of trash and did not seem safe, there was no one in the pool which could be because the pool has black mold all around the sides and the pool was our main reason for picking this property. Super disappointed, I run an apartment property with 2 pools and I would close and drain my pools it they looked like this one. The desk staff was great!

Over all it was very nice I was there for a trades women convention short walk to convention center I would stay there again nice room tv didnā€™t work at first but I didnā€™t really use it regardless was out and about nice breakfast and nice court yard
