Our experience is the same as other reviewers. This is an old property but seems to be very well managed. It has clean rooms, hard flooring, newer bed & chair. Property has been remodeled many times, I guess it was build in the 1970s. Excellent front desk staff & breakfast. We would stay again.

Room itself was a bit aged but it was super clean and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in. Staff was exceptionally friendly too, even the maids we interacted with. Pretty good breakfast as well. Will be staying here again when going to the zoo!

Nice room, but...
The room was comfortable, clean, and staff was personable, however the toilet seat was loose and despite alerting staff, it was not corrected. The smell of Marijuana was strong in the room and especially if you turned on the bath fan.

First and last time staying in a SureStay Hotel
Bed was uncomfortable (too soft) and the wire springs base was very noisy. Thought everyone used box springs. Just sitting on the bed created a loud metallic groan. The bath faucet dripped. The air freshener smell was heavy and unpleasant.

The first thing I noticed when checking out the bathroom was that the toilet bowl was not clean when I lifted the seat. We also noticed a small amount of mold in the shower. The bedding was clean, room was quiet and comfortable. Did not eat anything that was offered for breakfast

The sheets were crisp and clean! Bathroom very clean. Room was renovated and clean. Had to pay an extra $30/day for a puppy. Thought that was a bit much. The details of the renovation could be better but overall decent.

This is definitely a great place to stay for a night, if you do a short weekend trip. There are quite some places to go for food or grocery shopping nearby, and the staff member who checked me in was a great, friendly person.
