Had a great time!
We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty awesome. The rooms were very clean. It was just a great day. I will be back.

Decent value
We were looking for something close to Biltmore estate and not to wildly priced. It was clean and stay was friendly. It was right on the main highway around the interstate and our unit faced the road, so it wasn’t necessarily quiet. It was well maintained and, once inside comfortable for our needs, but certainly not elaborate.

The hotel was fine and I would stay here again, but only after the drinkable water is restored. I am disappointed that Hotels.com does not disclose this.

Chris the clerk was super nice..looked up restaurants for us as Clarion had nothing on their site stating the free breakfast that was included in their price was not being served due to the boil water advisory is in effect… very helpful to look up other options however the Clarion should credit us for false advertising or we would not have chosen their site..Very shady non English speaking, pot smoking men hanging outside..made us feel very uncomfortable..the room it self is super clean and nice but the heat was on versus the air and the room was HOT. The fridge was off….thank you

When We arrived at the property we were told the water was contaminated, and they would supplies no water for brushing our teeth. They were unable to tell us where we could get water in the water situation will make it impossible to have breakfast. None of this was told us when we made The reservation over the phone. When I ask if we would be given a discount because of this situation, we were told no and actually charged more for our second night by $50 the first night
