really poor access. Atlanta is a nightmare to drive in but finding this hotel is just hard. The only direct access is a right-in-only one-way driveway with no sign. Ditto the side access that takes you through an office building parking lot. The hotel itself is fine. Once you figure out how to get to it.

Loved the location! Did not like that the pool was closed for maintenance the whole week we were there and not told and no discount for room. Also first day manager at the desk gave my husband a rolled eye for us taking cream to our room for the room coffee maker. In the middle.of a shower lost all water but was fixed in a couple hours. No milk for breakfast the first morning. Otherwise property was great and convenient for what we needed. Also was charged twice the pet fee but was reimbursed after a phone call. All these things could be corrected but needs work on customer service
