I would rather sleep in my car than stay here.
The room was absolutely not prepared or equipped. The sheets were dirty, and you could tell that someone had slept in it beforehand and they just made the bed without cleaning or checking anything! There was leftover chocolate wrappers near the microwave, and there was trash in the bins still. The customer service was horrible as the staff I dealt with were snappy, and sassy. Moreover, later at night when I checked for the security deposit, I found out the woman that checked us in had took an extra $57 for herself! Thankfully they gave it back, but it’s unfortunate that such a thing would have happened.

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, nice free breakfast. Some technical glitches - fridge in the original room did not work so they moved me to another room. Fridge worked well but the room key card reader seemed to have issues - usually had to swipe several times to open the door. Card worked fine on the outside door so it wasn't the card.

It was awful. CK in took more than 1 hr, at breakfast they were out of everything and no one restocked or cleaned anything. It was an awful experience, and had conversations with multiple other people who could not believe how bad it was.
