Great location but the property is run down and old. Bathroom had a curtain and the shower was in an old bath. Furnishings were old and outdated. Definitely not what you’d expect from a Crown Plaza property.

Place needs a a big upgrade. Rooms are a bit old and needs a big renovation or makeover. Downstairs smelt like curry everyday which was so bad in a way not sure where it was coming from. It’s real busy and can be loud if you prefer quiet and peace.

Our stay at the crown plaza was pleasant. The rooms (although a bit outdated) were clean, the first time housekeeping came around my son forgot to store his electronics out of sight and everything was intact. Staff is very courteous and respectful. I especially loved that nobody can go up without a key card which is a safety plus. We never felt unsafe. Everything is at close proximity and the wharf is close by with awesome dining areas throughout. We will return!
