Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. The room was clean and comfortable which included pillow top mattress. The hotel’s location was close to all the major sights and day tour operators pick up at the hotel. Breakfast included cook to order omelette and coffee/latte/ espresso of your choice. Some areas of the hotel could be modernized but the room made up for it. The construction outside for the underground is not under their control and when completed would increase convenience in the future. Staff from front desk, dining, and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was odd is the TV turned off on its own. Will recommend this hotel.
