The room was in the ground floor opposite what seemed to be a messy facility room, where the door was kept wide open and the lights on. My room itself was very hot on my arrival, but since it was already dark on my arrival, I could not even open the windows with lights on, because there was no insect-screen. So, I had to use the fan, which did not help much. I didn't feel comfortable in the room at all, didn't sleep well and looking out of my windows, I say a mattress dumped beside a bin and other garbage. The surrounding area is questionable... And the reply E-Mail I got after my booking contained the wrong contact phone-number. Sorry, but not recomendable!

Stayed here a couple of times now, a great place to stay. Only downside was no AC in the middle of summer, but I think some of the more expensive rooms have AC so will definitely consider this next time I stay.

Comfortable and large room. Broken glass and overflowing skip of rubbish outside. Restaurant at hotel closed (but we had an excellent meal at a nearby gasto-pub so not a major problem)

The room had a comfortable bed, with a mini fridge and a nice shower. They provided hot water boil and cafe available in the room, which was awesome. The employees for the auckland shuttle were friendly. Great value to get a flight in Auckland!
