Got the two bedroom suite with breakfast for family members: we had a great, memorable stay. Staff were friendly and anything we asked for was sent up to the suite super quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable room, great views and friendly accommodating staff. A good location to explore Auckland from. They were more than happy to store our bags and checking in at 4am, due to flight times, was not an issue. Would definitely recommend

Enjoyed my stay and was a beautiful room! Only fault was the fact that the tv wasn’t a smart tv. I assumed being that expensive they would have a better tv than the one that was in the room. Also, don’t understand why there is a $7 charge for room service? It’s unnecessary and would think that the hefty price of the hotel room would include in-room service

Good access to the city, room smaller than what I got at Four Points Perth a few weeks ago for the same price. If you have a car then parking is $35 per day in a third party Wilson car park that some people won't feel safe at night so its best to spend the extra at Sky City as they give you an exit ticket for free parking whenever you need to leave your hotel room.
