Very nice modern clean hotel. Right in the heart of the harbour which is why we booked here for one night. Room had view of the harbour and marina. Friendly staff and great amenities. Popular bar restaurant at the entrance. We aprled in the council parking at the back of the hotel which has a stair well to the front of the hotel

What a lovely hotel. Awesome staff who are willing and able to assist you with you need them. The breakfast buffet tasted good. The hotel is located directly across the street from the ferry terminal, so getting to and from places like Waiheke Island is super easy. There's also plenty of restaurants adjacent to the hotel on the wharf. The hotel is also a good 10-12 mins walking distance to the SkyTower. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Stylish clean hotel with comfortable rooms and steps away from many restaurants and shopping options. Waterfront views are fun and the gym is clean and well equipped. The restaurant was too pricey so we ate elsewhere and they charged us extra $50 for early check in. We came off at 13 hour flight so agreed to pay but usually if a room is ready early you’re just lucky. The extra charge is just gouging.

I was unwell during our stay here and the staff were most helpful with our additional needs that arose. Breakfast is good, as are the evening meals, if feeling slightly expensive. We found car parking to be easy, cheaper and adequate in the Downtown car park behind the hotel as we didn't require valet service. Unfortunately, Friday and Saturday nights are very noisy on the harbour front making it difficult to sleep. However, we would return as it is a nice place to stay.
