Twice we encountered a group of employees smoking at the front door. Not the picture of a Hilton Hotel I am accustomed to. Breakfast was reasonable, aside from some empty options. Room seemed clean, but not sure about the carpet. It felt dirty.

Great pet friendly hotel - just note that there is a $75 pet fee on top of the hotel charge. Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean with a nice breakfast and indoor pool. Only about 15 minutes from Geneva on the Lake.

Great place to stay!
Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and cozy. Room and environment were quiet Room air was damp, Air Conditioner didn’t remedy the dampness. Breakfast service and all the food was very good! Hot food was hot and fresh, cold items were well iced. Very satisfied overall!

Breakfast is only 6-9 and coffee is outside of the breakfast room but only maintained until 9. Why coffee is not available outside of 3 hours in the morning was frustrating and inconvenient when it is not mentioned on the sign in the lobby, only that breakfast is available until 9. Why have it away from breakfast foods if it is not available longer? However it was very nice to have a charging station for EVs at no cost for charging.

The hotel was as expected, but I had booked a King size bed on Orbitz website and upon check in was told that there was no King size available and they gave us 2 Queens instead. The lady told me that she gave us those instead of booking us at another location. I feel I should have been notified and given the choice. As it was after 4 when we checked in, we really didn't have a choice by then. If the King size was not available, why could I book it online? If it wasn't available, I would have booked at another location or another hotel. I like having the luxury of the king size bed and couch when I am on vacation. Very disappointed in whoever dropped the ball on this one. I will think twice before booking again.
