I don't usually leave reviews but with all the mixed reviews I felt I should. We had a great stay with no complaints. Our room was clean, no noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Our toilet would not flush.They gave my daughter a plunger during the nite. Before we left i used it and it filled to the rim with only urine and toilet paper. She Had to find another toilet to use. Worst experience ever and we go to Austinburg offen because of family in area .

My room was clean, as well as the rest of the property inside and outside. Nice indoor pool although I did not use it. Breakfast was OK, but there are nearby breakfast places. I would stay here again.

It was fine, little sketchy vibe when first walked in, 2 guys behind counter staring and taking forever then the two “people” who came out of the elevator, yikes!! But the beds and pillows were so comfortable!!
