It was ok.
Check-in was easy and lady at the desk was very nice. The room was mostly clean. But needs new furniture. Big tear in arm of couch, chair had nasty staining and tv stand had a piece off and shoved by the fridge and the the toilet had the wrong seat on it and moved.the beds could use some new mattresses

The lady who checked us in had a smile on her face and was very personable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We waited until 10pm to use the pool because earlier we noticed a lot of children in there. When we arrived there were two teenage girls swimming. A few minutes after 10 the front desk associate came in to remind them about the rules. Even though the girls were not bothering us in any way, it's nice to see the rules were respectfully enforced. In most places they are not. The continental breakfast was good the next morning and kept shocked. Checkout was easy and we were greeted on our way out with an invitation to come back. We have been put off by some of our experiences with Americinn the last few years, so we took a chance on booking one, but this is one we'd definitely stay at again

No view, the room was over priced because there was a Trump rally and some sporting events (my son was in a baseball tournament) all hotels were ridiculously higher priced this weekend (it was expected) i was able to get a suite for like $12 more so i went with that. It was great! Very clean, the staff was great. They went the extra mile for sure, I was able to was my sons uniform and the front desk gal dryed it for me (it would have never dried by the morning) I wish I would have gotten her name. She was AWESOME! I highly recommend this place, great pool. Only downside is no elevator but that is not a dealbreaker, only 2 floors.

bathroom ceiling had mold in it. while checking in, the workers were too busy complaining they were off the clock but still had to work and finish up. workers smoking right outside the front door.

Room needs some upgrades . The drain plug was completely broke on sink , mini fridge didn’t work - had to put drinks in freezer to get cool (not frozen) , toilet seat was too small for the toilet leaving 3in of exposed toilet , breakfast was the same daily and very generic ; eggs and sausage links - very basic , we stayed 7 nights and wasn’t offered housekeeping once , had to find the housekeeper to get fresh towels and TP daily . I wouldn’t stay again .

This is an Expedia issue - the property and staff were terrific. We travel with our dog and so we book “pet friendly” hotels. Arrived at property very late after a very long day of driving only to find the property only allows service dogs. Staff helped figure out accommodations but be careful with Expedia filters- not always accurate.
