Good clean comfortable
Cute from the outside. Lobby is cute. Rooms are clean, but pretty stark and not really cozy. Fixing up little broken things and having more calming light that isn't bright blue/white would help a lot. Bed was good and comfortable. Had to switch rooms because the water in the shower wouldn't heat up. Airco and heater work great.

This was a really convenient hotel for visiting Bainbridge Island. There were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and clean. My kids really liked the free breakfast and I appreciated the easy, free parking garage.

Great visit!
Staff was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The amenities were provided and the lobby snack bar was great. Really appreciated how accommodating the staff was and how they handled a change in our reservation. Will definitely be back.

The gentleman at the front desk should probably not be working hospitality. He was not welcoming when I arrived. Put a form in front of me and seemed to be put out that I had arrived. He then proceeded to give me a room. I went to the room realized it was accessible and went back down to ask for another (not comfortable-like parking in a handicap spot). He then proceeded to tell me that , because I booked through a third party , that was the only room I could have. I told him that was not what I reserved and told him that I would call Expedia and have them work it out. A few minutes later he gave me the room that I reserved. The rest of the stay was fine though.

Underwhelmed, but it served its purpose
This was an "underwhelming" experience. We had to use our room key to enter the hotel after 10 p.m. with nobody at the front desk. The room (and hotel) is quite dated. The "fitness room" is a storage room with a universal machine in it (shouldn't advertise that they have one, really). But the front desk clerks were pleasant and stored our bags after checkout for a bit while we meandered about. The location is very convenient, too.
