I was refused my whole deposit back at check out due to "the sex smell" in the room, the woman at the front desk was rude as hell about the whole situation, the pool was in desperate need of chlorine, the pool water was slimy feeling and you can see green algae growing up the sides of the pool liner.

Only issues with the bathroom not clean enough. There was pee on the side of the toilet and at the bottom where it bolts in the floor. Long Black hair on the inside of shower curtain.

The night time manager was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were great! The hotel felt very safe. Good for families traveling with small children. The only thing I need fixed is the window in the pool room and the hot tub was advertised and not a functional amenity anymore.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Hot extra pullows right away. Very noce greeting and welcoming. Hotel was fully booked and they made time to be kind. Bed was comfortable. However, the walls are thin, heard the teens running around. Breakfast was plentiful and great choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. I would stya there again.

The bed seemed clean but it was rounded so we both rolled off the edge. My husband actually fell off the bed in the middle of the night. The shower head kept falling and spraying outside of the shower. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. I love how late the pool was opened but we were too tired to go.

The staff is very nice and check in was very easy. We enjoyed our room it was very clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because but it looked like they had good choices.
