The staff here are lovely and the beds and the shower were fantastic! If you need a knife, fork, bowls, plates then it appears you need to request these before you stay! Very annoying when you arrive at night and find none of these in the room and reception is closed. If a motel has a toaster and microwave then one would assume a knife and plate would be a given. Also, parking spots are tiny. We had unit 9 and had to park down the road as we couldn’t fit our car in safely (we only had a Mazda 6 too).

Stayed at this hotel the night before the Ballarat marathon. I had the best night's sleep that I've had in a very long time. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was spacious. There was a microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Extremely good value for money

Big room comfortable bed quiet good shower. Steep entry to carpark at top of hill which is a challenge to maneuver around. Overall a very peasant stay. Plenty of food options available nearby, but crossing the road doesn't feel safe.
