This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Someone was always cleaning.Very friendly staff. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

Unfortunately we were there on the weekend after the cyber attack and none of the hotel keys would work and we had to wait each and every time for an employee to come up and let us in the room.

Due to the global power outage, the front desk staff could not make room keys, so someone had to accompany me to my room every time. And one of the elevators was out due to a storm. But the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast typical of hotels offerings- not so great.

Elevator was broken the whole time. Bath tub plug is broken so we took a shower in a puddle of drain back up. Chair in the room was stained with who knows what?

The staff were very nice but the elevator was broken and we had to go up to the top (5th) floor. The hotel is run down and small. Same for the rooms.
